A Picture Walk...
Today's prompt has me making a list of things I have done so I have added photos and captioned each one for something that I have done. Just like my other posts this is only a small piece of the amazing opportunities I have had in my life. I look forward to many more memories and adventures. I hope you enjoy and get to see a bit of my journey through pictures.
Been skiing many times with my family and miss our winter days skiing together.
Played softball for many years and experienced many things that have made me into the person I am.
Ate breakfast at arguably one of my favorite breakfast restaurants ever, Sugar and Spice in Vermont. I can taste their pancakes in my mouth while I sit here and write this.
Joined the marching band at my high school. One of the best decisions I ever made in my journey of finding myself and finding happiness.
Going to New York at Christmas. I love going to New York at Christmas time and have been there many times.
Going to the beach with my high school friends.
Graduated High School.
Went to Yosemite National Park with my family.
Went to Prague with not only amazing musicians but amazing people. I always think of time in Prague so fondly and want to go back to Europe in the near future.
This picture will never do Prague Castle justice.
Decided to go to Lebanon Valley College.
Hosted a high school senior recital with my amazing flute teacher and conquered many fears along the way.
Went to see James Galway with flute students from LVC.
Went to Disney world with my family many times.
Saw the space shuttle Atlantis. It was highly impressive.
Visited Yellowstone National Park and drove across the country with my family.
Visited my cousins during our cross country journey.
Visited Mount Rushmore during our cross country trip.
Went to a paint night with one of my amazing best friends.
Held a flute recital with my friends and amazing musicians.
Ate a death by chocolate sundae at the Jigger Shop.
Tried on the crazy pjs with one of my high school friends.
Went to Ireland.
Became a peer mentor at LVC.
Attended my first day of school and decided I wanted to be a teacher, hasn't change in 15 years.
Rode the pink dumbo with one of my best friends in Disney world.
Won an award for being a cute baby in my home town.
Got confirmed at my church.
Pitched many games of softball after saying I would never be a pitcher when I first started playing.
Did ballet ... not my forte that's for sure.
Camped with my family.
Played piano for 8 years.
Earned my bronze, silver, and gold award in Girl Scouting. Fun fact I will be a girl scout for life.
Won a cray-pas contest in 2nd grade with the art studio I attended for 12 years with one of my fabulous mentors and art teacher.
Have attended Urban Cupboard for a weekend experience in Philadelphia with my church for many years and I have gained so much knowledge about homelessness and our society in the midst of it all.
Spent many of my teen years doing work with T.A.P (Teens Acting for Peace). My work with TAP will never be done and will forever follow me into all aspects of my life.
