Day Seven - Someone who has greatly impacted me!

The Two people that have impacted me most are my parents! My parents do everything for me and are my best friends that I know will support me in whatever I do! My parents have always put me first and have tried to teach me to be the best person I can be. I love them so much!! Thanks Mom and Dad! Love you!

        September is suicide prevention month. A month that is near and dear to me for so many reasons. I have been on both sides of suicide. I have been on the side of being left behind and on the side of feeling my life was no longer worth living. Every year as September rolls around I find myself reflecting and rebuilding. Reflecting on the experiences that have so deeply impacting me and formed who I am and rebuilding into the person I can be; the person I was made to me. Each year a variety of organizations supporting suicide awareness, depression, anxiety, addiction, and mental health put out campaigns to provide awareness and recovery. Each year I look forward to reading the inspiring message these organizations share and the responses of those who are willing to share of themselves and their experiences with mental health. Unknowns

I can't believe tomorrow starts my last year at Pennridge. I feel like I hardly remember my life with out pennridge. I remember the first day of my freshman year of high school Mr.Creedan telling all of us that before we knew it we would be seniors and we all rolled our eyes and believed that day was so far away we didn't even have to think about it.... but here we are. We are seniors. Part of me is super excited its senior year and we are almost done but there is another part of me that is sad and almost scared, what is going to happen when all this is over, I guess it is just a fear of the unknown. I feel like my whole life is made up of unknowns. Each of us have unknowns in our lives and each day presents something we most definitely were not expecting.
