My Busy Summer!

The summer has been going by so quickly! I have been doing a variety of things. For a week I was in Atlanta, Georgia to spend some time with my cousin and her family. I had a great time playing with her kids and going to see the aquarium, world of coke, and having a spa day with my Aunt and 2 cousins. My Cousin Suzy's kids are adorable. they are so much fun to play with and interact with. Holly and I worked on "projects" throughout the week and Ty is so full of energy. We went swimming two of the days and Ty is not afraid of the water that is for sure. I had a fabulous time and can't wait to see them again. When the time came to come home I was very sad I wished I could stay longer. My summer has been full of excitement. This past weekend we had a baby shower for my cousin and my cousin Damien's first birthday! It was a great time with family. During the summer I try to keep myself busy, it helps me to get out of the house so I am not constantly reminded of the things going on at home. It helps me to see past the Alpha and move on some with my life. Summer is a good time for me to relax and enjoy without a lot of added stress besides the daily stresses. Summer helps me to keep HOPE alive!

A Special Place

It has been way to long since I have written. My senior year has taken over my life! Since I last wrote school has started and Senior year is going much better than Junior year ever did. I love my classes that I am taking of course with exceptions here or there and I am just so thrilled it is my senior year I think I will be able to look past any negative situation in some positive form. Marching band and School are taking up all my free time. There is no time to be messing around, I am at school, doing homework, at a rehearsal, lesson or practicing it seems. Day 11- A Picture of your Best Friend Since I will be away this weekend I have decided that I will post for the next two days awhile! My Mom and I! My best friend in the whole world is my Mom! For Nothing is Impossible with God!- Luke 1:37

"You are exactly where God wants you to be at   this very moment. Every Experience is part of   his divine plan." This quote has hit home with me the last few days. Its words speak to me. There are so many days when I question why things are happening in my life or why things can't just work out a little bit easier but this quote reminds me that they are working out a little bit easier then I like to think they are. It reminds me that everything I do and all the experiences I go through are part of a bigger plan and a bigger picture. Some experiences I never question because they are fun and don't bring me any emotional upset or pain. It's when the difficult experiences come that I begin to forget this quote.
